- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, admin, retail, hospitality or sales is highly regarded
n
- Confident telephone manner professional.
n
- Friendly and charismatic personality with positive people skills
n
- Well organised and with an eye for detail
n
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Good communication and problem solving skills
n
- Motivated, eager to learn, reliable
n
- Life experience and maturity are highly valued

About this role

n

- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
n
- Answer incoming enquiries and update clients
n
- Assist Senior Brokers with administrative tasks during the loan application process
n
- Liaise with clients, lenders and other parties. Ensure smooth processing
n
- Collecting and organising documents in support of applications
n
- Maintain accurate client records and file management.
n
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience at every step
n
