About the role

n

We have an exciting position available for a passionate and customer focused Administration & Weighbridge Officer to join our team in Clayton.

n

This customer facing role will enable you to develop invaluable skills in the day to day running of our operations. Hours of work are across a Monday to Friday roster, between the hours 6.45am and 4.00pm

- Manage a computerised weighbridge and associated control of traffic
n
- Monitor all vehicles entering and leaving site
n
- Issue dockets and invoices
n
- Cash handling and EFTPOS transactions
n
- Oversee the entry of all sub-contractors on site (inductions, PPE etc.)
n




- Communication via UHF two-way radio
n
- General office, admin and operational support tasks
n
- Answer phones and email enquiries
n

- Be reliable, responsible and hard working

- High attention to detail and can learn new skills quickly

- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced, busy setting

Attributes & Experience

n

n
- Weighbridge Operator experience (ideal)
n
- Knowledge of the waste/recycling, quarry, construction or similar industry (preferred)
n
