We are seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead the day-to‐day operations of our busy Medical Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment and enjoys building strong relationships with doctors, staff, and patients alike.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
n
- Manage, roster, and support reception and nursing staff
n
- Liaise with GPs and specialists regarding practice needs and patient care coordination
n
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management
n
- Oversee billing, Medicare compliance, and use of Best Practice software
n
- Manage supplier relationships, facilities, and equipment maintenance
n
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and workplace health and safety
n
- Handle patient enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
n




- Support financial management, including budgeting and reporting
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in a Practice Manager or senior medical administration role (essential)
n
- Experience with Best Practice software highly regarded
n
- Robust leadership and interpersonal skills
n
- Excellent organisational and time‐management abilities
n
- Sound understanding of general practice operations, Medicare billing, and accreditation requirements
n
- A calm, solutions‐focused approach and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
n
