Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 86children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About the Role

n

As the Educational Leader, you will play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting curriculum development, and fostering a positive, collaborative learning environment. You will work closely with the service leadership team to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and continuous improvement across the service.

- You're an experienced Leader with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership

- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments

- You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners

- Lays a robust foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You'll Bring:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
n
- A current Working with Children Check
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
n
- Australian Working Rights
n
- A professional and friendly personal presentation
n
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
n
- A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
