The HR Cartel on the Gold Coast is seeking a seasoned HR/IR skilled to support a portfolio of SME clients day-to-day. You will handle multiple matters concurrently, from performance processes to contract reviews and resignations that may become complex.

You will advise owners on ER/IR issues, interpret Modern Awards accurately, coordinate investigations, and draft contracts and letters that stand up to scrutiny. A proactive, client-facing approach is essential.
