Job Description

- Run onboarding sessions and refresher training for customers
n
- Host engaging webinars covering product functionality
n
- Deliver internal training, including onboarding and security awareness
n
- Write and update training materials, user guides, and process documents
n
- Create online learning modules for customers and employees
n
- Keep the Zendesk knowledge base current and helpful
n
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support on product and process changes
n
- Occasionally support sales demos when product expertise is needed
n
- Help customers and colleagues get the most out of Eftsure's platform
n

Requirements

n

n
- 1–2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
n
- Strong communication skills, including speaking in front of people and clear writing
n
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
n
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
n
- Naturally curious and interested in improving processes
n
- Confident, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-changing environment
n
