EnergyAustralia in Docklands is seeking a Workplace Relations Advisor to provide trusted advice on employee and industrial relations matters, partnering with leaders to solve problems and support case management across performance, conduct issues and disciplinary processes.
This is a six-month max-term contract with a hybrid working pattern (2-3 days in the office) and a focus on building capability in the Customer division while balancing compliance and high performance.
