Job Description

n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

n

Your role & responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

n

n
- Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision and accuracy;
n
- Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted;
n
- Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night shift;
n
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally;
n
- Maintain a protected and secure environment for both guests and employees;
n




- Follow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished;
n
- Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns;
n
- Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports and
n
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes (bit not limited to):

- Experience in a similar role (essential);
n
- Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud;
n
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
n
- Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures;
n
- A guest-centric mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and
n
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule and working day shifts on an as required basis.
