Aleafiate Health Clinics is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team in Logan.

As we continue to build new partnerships and expand our services, we're seeking someone who can confidently manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic while supporting both our patients and clinical team.

About the Role

n

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines patient services, clinic operations, team coordination, and process management.

n

You'll work closely with the CEO, prescribers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure the clinic operates efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

n

We're looking for someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of their role, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the organisation.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic
n
- Lead and support the reception and administration team
n
- Coordinate patient bookings and appointment schedules
n
- Manage front-of-house operations and patient communication
n
- Support clinicians with administrative and operational requirements
n
- Maintain and improve clinic processes and workflows
n




- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
n
- Assist with the implementation of new partnerships and services
n
- Ensure a positive and professional patient experience
n
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to support business growth
n

Essential Requirements

n

- Previous experience in medical administration, practice management, or healthcare operations
n
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n

Desirable Experience

n

n
- Experience working within alternative therapies
n
- Experience using Best Practice, HealthEngine, or similar clinical software
n
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and patient privacy requirements
n
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary healthcare teams
n
