About the Role

We’re seeking a Clinical Team Leader to oversee daily clinical operations and support our clinicians and dental assistants across the practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced clinical setting, enjoys mentoring others, and brings strong organisational and communication skills.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical flow, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a warm, inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinical workflow and chairside support

Coordinate clinicians, assistants, room turnover and patient flow

Maintain clinical standards, infection control and compliance





Support onboarding, training and development of clinical staff

Assist with rostering, stock management and workflow optimisation

Champion a positive, kind and collaborative team culture

About You

Experience in dental or healthcare clinical settings (Dental Assistants - is this your next step?)

Robust communication and leadership skills

Calm, organised and solutions‑focused

Passionate about supporting children and families
