The Job
n
Your primary responsibility will be cleaning our production machinery and factory areas to a very high standard.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
- Cleaning production machinery and equipment
n
- Detailed cleaning around, underneath and inside accessible machinery areas
n
- Cleaning production floors and work areas
n
- Removing food residue, crumbs, dust and build-up
n
- Completing scheduled deep cleans
n
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and GMP standards
n
- Following food safety and cleaning procedures
n
- Keeping cleaning equipment and supplies organised
n
- Identifying areas that need attention — without having to be asked
n
- Taking ownership of keeping the factory clean every day
n
n
Who We're Looking For

We don't need someone with an impressive résumé.

We need someone who takes pride in cleaning.
n
Someone who sees a dirty corner and cleans it. Someone who notices the areas other people walk past. Someone who enjoys standing back at the end of a shift and seeing that everything is spotless.

You will need to be:
n

- Reliable and punctual
n
- Physically capable and comfortable working around machinery
n
- Extremely thorough
n
- Able to work independently
n
- Comfortable following strict food hygiene and GM!p procedures
n
- Someone who genuinely takes pride in their work
n
n
Previous factory, industrial, commercial cleaning or food manufacturing experience would be highly regarded, but attitude, reliability and attention to detail are what matter most.
