Priority Disability Care Australia is seeking an experienced Client Care & Incident Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of our participants.

This role is responsible for client communication, appointments, incidents, complaints and feedback, and maintaining accurate client documentation.

We are looking for someone who is organised, confident, responsive and experienced within the NDIS/disability sector.

About the Role
n
Priority Disability Care Australia is seeking an experienced Client Care & Incident Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of our participants.
n
This role is responsible for client communication, appointments, incidents, complaints and feedback, and maintaining accurate client documentation.
n
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident, responsive and experienced within the NDIS/disability sector.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Act as a primary contact for participants and families and manage day-to-day client matters.
n
- Liaise with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, GPs, nurses, allied health and other relevant stakeholders.
n
- Coordinate participant appointments, including medical, mental health, specialist and depot appointments.
n
- Monitor changes in participant needs and elevate concerns where required.
n
- Manage client incidents from receipt through to escalation, follow-up and closure.
n
- Manage complaints and feedback, including required follow-up and escalation.
n
- Maintain and update the client register and ensure client files remain current and audit-ready.
n
- Prepare, update and upload client documentation, including service agreements, plans and assessments.
n
- Work closely with management, clinical staff and the Compliance Officer to ensure client matters are actioned and followed through.

About You
n
n
- Experience within the NDIS/disability sector
n
- Experience in client care, coordination or a similar role
n
- Solid communication and relationship-management skills
n
- Excellent organisation, documentation and follow-up skills
n
- Confidence managing incidents, complaints and sensitive matters
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
n
- Experience with ShiftCare or similar systems is highly regarded
n
- Knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards is highly regarded
n
n
This is an urgent recruitment, with a preferred commencement date of Monday, 17 August 2026.
