Job Description

Omnes Healthcare is seeking a Patient Health Care Navigator to join our GP surgery team. You will provide a high-quality administration service and handle inbound and outbound patient calls, acting as the first point of contact for patients.

The role requires autonomy, confidentiality, empathy and tact, with the aim of supporting clinical and management teams to deliver NHS Primary Medical Services and related care.
