As the Overnight Gaming Supervisor, you'll be responsible for running the gaming operation during the graveyard shift and ensuring the venue remains secure, compliant and welcoming for customers.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising the gaming room and overnight team
n
- Gaming compliance and responsible gambling requirements
n
- Cash handling, balancing and end-of-shift procedures
n
- Maintaining venue security and safety standards
n
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
n
- Supporting and developing team members
n
- Ensuring the venue is presented to a high standard throughout the night
n

About you
n
n
- Previous gaming experience
n
- Supervisory or leadership experience
n
- Current Victorian RSA and RSG qualifications
n
- Strong knowledge of gaming compliance
n
- Confidence working independently and making decisions
n
- Great customer service and communication skills
n
- Availability to work consistent overnight/graveyard shifts
n
