Join Mosaic as a Design Coordinator and become part of a passionate team dedicated to creating exceptional outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Design and Interior Design Manager, you will support the delivery of innovative, high-quality design solutions, helping to uphold the Mosaic brand and drive excellence throughout every stage of the project journey.

Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:

- Provide general support to the Design team in managing and coordinating the design elements across all Mosaic projects.
n
- Review and assess projects against Mosaic design standards, ensuring quality, budget, and aesthetic requirements are met.
n
- Assist in the selection of budget-appropriate finishes, fixtures, signage, communal area furniture, and styling that maintain the original design vision and deliver quality outcomes.
n
- Coordinate supplier meetings and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
n
- Manage and maintain the design sample library.
n
- Assist with the preparation and compilation of project sample boards and physical samples.
n
- Coordinate furniture and styling selections, including ordering, deliveries, and installation.
n
- Assist with project signage concept design and the preparation of tender packages.
n
- Research emerging trends, products, and innovations in apartment design, sharing insights to support the continued evolution of Mosaic's product offering.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

- Hold a strong passion for architecture, interior design, and placemaking.
n




- Graduate of Architecture or Graduate of Interior Design or currently studying
n
- Relevant work experience in a corporate office environment
n
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
