We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Customer Service Officer to join our service delivery team. In thisrole you will be working in a fast paced, professional environment, with a strong focus on qualityand customer service.

About the role

- Data migration

- Become a subject matter expert in a new health system roll out

- Administration support to the project team
n
- Maintaining accurate records and information
n
- Managing enquiries and resolving issuesfrom employees, clients and healthcare practices about any administrative issues

- Administration experience in project setting
