Sonographer - Traralgon, Victoria

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sonographer to join our dedicated team in Traralgon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to be part of a respected healthcare provider in the La Trobe Valley.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations, including:
- General
- Musculoskeletal
- Vascular
- Obstetric

- Accurately capture and interpret ultrasound images to assist with clinical diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Ensure ultrasound equipment is properly maintained.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.

About You

- A tertiary qualification in Medical Sonography.




- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified Sonographer in a healthcare setting.
- High-level technical skills across a broad range of ultrasound procedures.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities to accurately transcribe worksheets.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with patients, radiologists, and team members.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and maintaining professional standards.
- Flexibility and a proactive attitude to adapt to clinical demands.
