What you'll be doing
n
This is a excellent opportunity to bring your hospitality and customer service skills into a corporate environment. No two days are the same!
n
You'll create exceptional experiences for visitors and occupants, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable. You'll also support our clients across a range of services including Front of House, Concierge, Placemaking, Hospitality, Workplace Solutions, Events and Meeting Coordination.
n
The role involves a mix of walking, standing, sitting and manual handling throughout the day.
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality, retail, airline, reception or a similar service environment
n
- Someone who loves talking to people and making them feel welcome
n
- A genuine customer service and hospitality mindset
n
- Confidence, initiative and a willingness to learn
n
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
n
