Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a dedicated Social Worker HP1-2 to join the Hospitals North/North West team. The role involves delivering psychosocial support to inpatients and outpatients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary group to optimise patient and family wellbeing.

The successful candidate will work across clinical caseloads, receive supervision from a Senior Social Worker, and participate in weekend on-call duties.
