Job Description

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an established portfolio of SME customers across Emerald and the surrounding region
n
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, secure new business and support customer retention
n
- Visit customer sites across Emerald and the surrounding region
n
- Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored waste management solutions
n
- Prepare quotations and complete online risk assessments
n
- Accurately manage customer information within internal systems
n
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to set up customer accounts and activate services seamlessly
n
- Monitor customer activity, analyse system data and resolve issues
n
- Work closely with Operations to deliver safe, productive and high-quality service outcomes
n

Requirements

n

n
- Exceptional administration skills and outstanding attention to detail
n
- Experience in customer service, sales support, account management or an emerging sales role
n
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
n
- Customer-first approach
n
- Confidence working across multiple systems
n
- Ability to accurately manage customer information
n




- Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
n
- Experience within the waste, logistics or transport industries is advantageous but not essential
n
