The Opportunity

We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Burnside Boutique.

n

Supporting the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving performance, leading and developing your team, and delivering an elevated, personalised client experience. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a premium boutique workplace, ideal for someone passionate about styling, client engagement, and retail excellence.

Permanent full-time | Sunday-Thursday roster

What You'll Do

n

- Support and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
n
- Deliver elevated client experiences through personalised styling and service
n
- Drive sales performance through client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling
n
- Maintain exceptional store presentation in line with Oroton's visual standards
n
- Support daily operations,



including rostering, stock flow and customer experience
n
- Partner with your Store Manager and wider leadership team to deliver store initiatives
n

- Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs

- Advanced clienteling skills and attention to detail

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- A natural flair for styling and passion for luxury product

- Confidence delivering promotional and visual merchandising initiatives
