The Coalition of Peaks Secretariat is seeking a Director, Policy and Strategy to lead a small team and provide high‑level, evidence‑informed policy analysis and strategic advice. You will work closely with Peaks Members and Australian governments to advance Closing the Gap goals.
You’ll bring solid not-for-profit leadership experience, cultural acumen and the ability to collaborate across sectors to drive reform and improved outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
