We're looking for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our team and help bring the world of Scotch & Soda to life in store. If you have a passion for fashion, love connecting with customers, and enjoy working in a creative retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

n

As a "stylist", you will support the Fashion Host in driving sales and assist with the daily operations of the store.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Contributing to achieving daily and weekly budgeted sales
n




- Deliver a memorable in-store experience for every customer by provide styling advice and product knowledge to help customers find pieces they love.
n
- Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
n
- Maintaining stock and stock presentation
n
- General house keeping
n
- Processing, storing and replenishing stock
n
- Compliance with company policies
n
- Communicating with the Fashion Host regarding all store operations
n

- Be able to communicate effectively with fellow team members and management

- Be able to work independently
n
- At least 2 years experience in a retail or customer service role.
n
- At least 3 full day availability.
n
- Experience with using AP21 POS system will be highly valued.
