You will listen to customers, map journeys across Residential Care, Home and Community Support, and Retirement Living, and partner with clinical and operational teams to drive improved outcomes and admissions.

You will bring empathy, robust stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for improving the experiences of older Australians.
