We are seeking a passionate and organised Resident & Community Experience Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity.
n
Reporting to the Director of Nursing - Integrated Care, this role is responsible for leading resident engagement, community partnerships and Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) services across our residential community. You will help create a vibrant and inclusive environment where residents feel connected, engaged and empowered to live life their way.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Coordinate lifestyle, wellbeing and community engagement programs.
n
- Develop and manage Maroba's annual activities and events calendar.
n
- Coordinate and grow the HELF and Resident Select programs.
n
- Facilitate resident forums, feedback initiatives and the Resident Advisory Council.
n
- Support residents to access lifestyle, wellbeing and community services.
n
- Build solid partnerships with volunteers, schools, churches and community organisations.
n
- Promote participation, belonging and quality of life across the Maroba community.
n
- Monitor program outcomes and support continuous improvement.
n

About You
n
n
- Passionate about enhancing the lives of older people.
n
- Experienced in community engagement, aged care, or a related field
n
- Experience in sales would be valuable
n
- Highly organised with solid communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Creative, collaborative and resident-focused.
n
