About the role

n

We are looking for skilled Data Cabling Technicians based in the ACT with proven experience in installing, testing, and commissioning fibre optic infrastructure. Join a dedicated and motivated team of professionals working across various locations in the ACT,



delivering exceptional results for some of the most well-known clients.

Tasks and responsibilities

n

n
- Experience with patch panels, patching of switches, servers and other ICT equipment.
n
- Installation of optic fibre.
n
- Fault finding and testing experience.
n
- Splicing/ribbon splicing experience.
n
- Providing good customer service through interactions with clients.
n

n

Skills and experience

n

n
- A minimum of 3years related communications/cabling experience.
n
- ACMA Open Cable Registration (Optic fibre and structured cabling endorsements) is essential.
n
- Electrical A grade qualifications will be highly regarded.
n
- Security clearance - NV1 highly regarded.
n
- Construction white card.
n
- Asbestos and Silica Awareness training certs.
