Requirements

- Experience in a similar store leadership role or readiness to take the next step in retail management
n
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
n
- Strong leadership ability to motivate and build a high-performing team
n
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities and complete tasks on time
n
- Ability to drive protected Work, Health & Safety practices
n
- Established business acumen
n
