Job Description

Woods & Co Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for a dynamic hospitality venue in Melbourne. You will lead a large floor team across casual dining, bars, functions and events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations.

In this full time role, you'll manage rosters, drive KPIs, oversee service standards, and collaborate with bar, kitchen and events teams to optimise performance while supporting professional growth across the venue.
