The Role:
n
We're on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Retail Stock Controller to join ourteam and manage warehouse and replenishment operations across airport terminals. This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and knows how to keep stock moving smoothly and efficiently.

*Monday to Friday availability - 8:00AM to 4:00PM (some flexibility on shift times depending on operational needs)

What You'll Do:
n
n
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and stock replenishment
n
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock flow to retail sites
n
- Coach and lead a small team with a strong safety and service mindset
n
- Drive a positive team culture and support continuous improvement
n
- Maintain accurate reporting and use systems to manage stock levels
n
- Collaborate with Store and Area Managers to meet business goals
n
- Uphold high standards of stock control and WHS compliance
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
- Proven stock/inventory control experience in a retail or warehouse setting
n
- Strong computer skills – especially with inventory systems & Excel (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
n
- Confident leadership and people management skills
n
- Clear and proactive communicator with strong attention to detail
n
- Retail background and customer-focused mindset preferred
n
- Physically fit – this is a hands-on role that includes manual handling
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
n
