We're looking for multiple Production Operators to join our team in Pakenham, with opportunities available across both day shift and night shift.

We're looking for multiple Production Operators to join our team in Pakenham, with opportunities available across both day shift and night shift.

Shift options

n

Day Shift Most of our production team work 4 extended days, Monday to Thursday, with Friday off every week.

n

Typical hours are 6:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday

n

We can also offer some flexibility with working hours for the right person, including 5-day arrangements or school-hours work.

n

Night Shift

n





Night Shift Our night shift operates 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, Monday to Wednesday

n

Successful night shift applicants will initially complete a brief training and assessment period on day shift before moving onto nights.

We're looking for people who have:

- A friendly, positive attitude

- Reliability and punctuality
n
- Positive communication skills
n
- A forklift licence and previous forklift experience
n
- A willingness to learn and get involved
n

Previous rotational moulding experience is not required. We provide specialised on-the-job training and have an experienced, friendly team ready to show you the ropes.

These are hands-on production roles working as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
