About the Role

n

We are currently looking for an experienced Window Cleaner / Working at Heights / Kitchen Cleaner to join our team. Key duties will include:

n

n
- Cleaning and maintaining buildings and windows, both inside and out
n
- Cleaning and sanitising commercial kitchens, including equipment and surfaces
n
- Working day shift (exterior commercial window and building cleaning) or night shift (interior commercial kitchen cleaning, primarily in restaurants and hospitality venues) - these are genuinely different types of work, and flexibility to work either based on business needs is valued
n
- Performing tasks on rooftops and at height, using a current Working at Heights ticket
n
- Adhering to the company's safety and quality standards while completing all tasks
n
- Liaising with clients on-site to understand and deliver on their cleaning and maintenance requirements
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work vehicle
n
- Travelling to service client sites across Victoria and interstate, including regional and interstate travel of approximately 14 to 15 weeks per year

Requirements

n





We are seeking a candidate who:

n

n
- Is able to safely perform the physical requirements of fieldwork, including frequent work at height
n
- Is flexible to work day shift (exterior window and building cleaning) or night shift (interior commercial kitchen cleaning in restaurants and hospitality venues) based on business needs - these are different types of work, and a preference can be discussed, though flexibility across both is highly valued
n
- Is willing and able to travel regionally and interstate for work, including multi-day trips away from home (generally Monday to Friday, occasionally including a Sunday evening departure), for approximately 14 to 15 weeks per year
n
- Holds a current driver's licence with a clean driving record
n
- Communicates professionally with clients on-site, including in residential and aged-care settings
n
- Is willing to undergo a National Police Check, arranged and paid for by See Thru Cleaning prior to commencement, with a clean outcome required for access to Aged Care Facility sites
n

n

Highly desirable (but not essential):

n

n
- Previous experience in window cleaning, working at heights, or commercial kitchen cleaning
n
- Has a trade background, or experience in another hands-on, physically active occupation
n
- Holds a current Working at Heights ticket
n
- Holds a forklift licence, scaffold licence, or similar plant/height-work certification
n
