Distinct Landscapes is looking for an experienced Horticulture Team Leader to manage the maintenance of high-end residential gardens across Sydney.

What you'll do

n

- Lead a small team to deliver premium garden maintenance
n
- Prune, fertilise, diagnose plant health issues & manage irrigation
n
- Build strong client relationships and provide expert advice
n
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- Cert III in Horticulture (or working towards) or 2+ yrs leading a team
n
- Proven experience maintaining high-end gardens
n
- Great plant knowledge, leadership, and communication skills
n
- Current driver's license (manual preferred)
n
- WHS White Card (required)
n
