Customer Service & Data Entry – Early Morning shifts / Early Finishes!

We're a well-established, national family-owned business with a strong presence across the Australian market.

Due to continued growth and operational requirements, we're on the lookout for an early morning Customer Service & Data Entry team member to join our fast-paced team based in Epping.

n

This is a five day per week, permanent part-time role (30 hours per week) with early starts from 3am on set days required to match the produce market operations.

n

And yes, early starts mean early finishes with all shifts finishing by 10am or 2pm (depending on start time).

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Fast and accurate order entry
n
- Invoicing and dispatch coordination
n
- Customer communication and support
n




- Providing general admin and office support
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

You're someone who's organised, detail focused and comfortable in a busy, hands-on team. You'll also bring:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
n
- Outstanding communication skills and a proactive attitude
n
- Flexibility to adjust your hours during busy periods or when covering for team leave
n
