All About Flavours Australia PTY LTD is a family-owned business that has been in operation in Sydney since 2012. We operate two restaurants, Bamboo Box in Katoomba and Cucina De Manila in Rooty Hill.

Bamboo Box specializes in Asian cuisine, mainly Chinese, Malaysian, Indonesian, Indian and Filipino cuisine. Bamboo Box is located in the Blue mountains tourist spot in Katoomba.

We are looking for up to two experience cooks to join our team. The role on offer is a full-time permanent position.

Selection criteria:

n

n
- have at least 1 year experience specialising in Asian fusion cuisine.
n
- be hard-working, reliable and self-motivated.
n
- have robust interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
n




- be able to communicate in English
n

Job responsibilities:

n

n
- ensuring high quality food and consistency in food preparation.
n
- responsible for health and safety ensuring food hygienepractices and standards are followed.
n
- ensuring kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained.
n
- determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering.
n
- collaborating and working closely with chefs and team members.
n
