Cleaner

Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Cleaning Team who are based at a large housing and rehabilitation site in Northampton.

n

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, secure and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care..

n

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents.

n

The hours will be 9am or 10am to 1pm or 2pm, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities will include:

n

- Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
n




- Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
n
- Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
n
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
n
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
n

Key requirements

n

n
- Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
n
- Experience using cleaning machinery.
n
- Strong communication skills in order to speak with the residents.
n
