We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Officer to join our Head Office team in Para Hills West. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people and delivering outstanding service experiences.

About the Role

n

As a Guest Experience Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction through:

n

- High-volume inbound and outbound service booking calls
n
- Promoting campaigns, incentives, and special offers
n
- Service reminders and post-service follow-up calls
n
- Accurate data entry and database maintenance
n

n

You will ideally possess:

n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner
n
- A genuine passion for customer service and building relationships
n
- High levels of motivation and the ability to work towards targets
n
- Previous experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
n
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
n
- Previous call centre or customer service experience (highly regarded)
n
- Automotive dealership experience (highly regarded)
