Midson Road Child Care Centre is seeking a passionate educator to join our warm, motivated and professional team.

n

This is a full‐time role (Monday to Friday) for an educator who is an entry level (trainee) or Certificate III educator

n

About the Role

n

Support the development of and implimentation of high quality programs and planned activities aligned with the EYLF 2.0 and the NQF

n

Support the service through daily routines including end of day (6pm) close.

n

Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

n

Contribute to a positive, collaborative and child‐safe culture

n

Opportunity for additional administration responsibilities for the right candidate

n

About You

n

You are an educator who genuinely wants to make a difference.

n

You bring:

n

n
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with families
n
- Ability to complete high‐quality written documentation
n
- Experience planning, documenting and evaluating educational programs
n
- An understanding of EYLF 2.0, NQS and best‐practice pedagogy
n
- Commitment to inclusion, diversity and embedding Indigenous perspectives
n
- A positive, reliable, creative and professional approach
n

For entry level educators (not yet qualified) applicants - study towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.



You don't need experience, just curiosity, kindness and a willingness to learn. We'll teach you the rest and support you to enrol with our preferred Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and begin your studies towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
