About the Role

n

As a Client Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a protected, comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents. Working across hospitality, cleaning and laundry services, you will help ensure residents receive exceptional support and quality care every day.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Cleaning dining rooms, kitchen and food service areas following meal services and as required
n
- Assisting with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding and distribution of linen and residents' clothing
n
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic and safe environment throughout the facility
n
- Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas and high-traffic spaces
n
- Following infection control, workplace health and safety, and aged care standards
n
- Supporting a positive living experience for residents through respectful and compassionate service
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

n

n
- A caring, friendly and compassionate approach to working with older people
n
- Previous experience in cleaning, laundry services, hospitality or kitchen hand duties
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
n




- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed
n
- Flexibility to work a varied roster, including weekends and public holidays when required
n
- Previous experience working in aged care, healthcare or community services (highly regarded)
n

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

- Current National Police Check (valid within the past 3 years)
n
- Evidence that you've been vaccinated for the latest Influenza virus (or willingness to get vaccinated)
n
- Evidence of at least one COVID-19 vaccination dose administered previously (or willingness to get vaccinated)
