STORE MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CENTRE

Autobahn Mechanical & Electrical Services Spearwood is looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our modern, high-performing automotive service centre in Spearwood.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment, enjoys working with customers and staff, and wants to build a long-term, rewarding career in management.

Automotive management experience is preferred, but NOT essential. If you have the right attitude, strong people skills and the drive to succeed, we will provide the training you need.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the store and bring energy, organisation and leadership to the team.

You will ideally:

Excel in customer service – this is a MUST

Be motivated, driven and eager to succeed





Have excellent communication and people skills

Be highly organised with exceptional time management

Be confident managing and motivating staff

Perform well under pressure in a busy environment

Take pride in achieving targets and delivering results

Want to become a long-term part of a growing business

Experience in automotive service advising, workshop management or automotive retail management is highly regarded, but it is not essential.

THE PACKAGE

Earn from $130,000+ per year, plus superannuation.

Your remuneration package can include:

Total earning potential is based on salary, Saturday ROP, fuel card and performance bonuses. Commission/bonuses are based on achieving targets set by the employer.

NO MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE? DON'T RULE YOURSELF OUT.

We strongly encourage applicants who haven't previously held a Store Manager position to apply.

This role could be ideal for someone who already has strong customer service, sales, automotive or leadership skills and is ready to take the next step.

We're looking for attitude, work ethic, organisation and the desire to succeed – not just a job title on your resume.

Full training will be provided directly by the owner before you take on the position, giving you the knowledge and support required to succeed.
