About the role

n

West HQ is seeking customer service professionals to join our Customer Service team. Based in the Rooty Hill RSL Club, we have a team of Receptionists and Concierge staff who are responsible for meeting, greeting and signing in our Members and Guests as well as providing key information and direction.

n

This position also involves ensuring the appropriate legislative processes are performed accurately when allowing people entry into the venue including RSA.

n

West HQ is looking for the right person, someone who:

- Has a high level of customer service, excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills.




n
- Will provide information on events, activities and services occurring and have an ability to quickly learn about the products and services available across the business and use a computer well.
n
- Is a positive team player who strives to exceed customers expectations.

What will you need to be considered?

n

n
- Exceptional customer service ability, both face to face and over the phone
n
- Experience in a face to face customer service role
n
- General knowledge of hospitality industry is advantageous
n
- Ability to be effective in peak periods and quieter periods
n
- Ability to quickly learn about the organisation and its products and services
n
- Must have RSA and RCG (or be willing to obtain one)
n
- Availability to work nights and weekends in addition to day shifts
