We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Scrub Nurse to join our busy and fast paced Theatre team at Dudley Private Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

About the Role

n

As a Scrub and Circulating Nurse, you will:

n

n
- Providesafe perioperative care by preparing the operating theatre
n
- Maintainthe sterile field
n
- Assistthe surgical team, supporting patient safety, completing surgical counts and documenting care throughout the procedure
n

n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
n
- Minimum two (2) years Anaesthetics, Scrub Scout, Recovery or perioperative experience.
n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service.
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong customer service focus
n
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
n
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
n
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
n
- Ability to work a rotating roster
n

Remuneration

n

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from$40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
