We are a busy, family-owned stonemasonry business looking for a Labourer / Installer to join our team on a full‐time basis.

n

The role involves assisting with the installation of stone benchtops onsite at residential and commercial properties. This is a hands‐on position suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their workmanship, and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service throughout project delivery.

About the Role

n

n
- Installing and handling stone benchtops onsite
n
- Assisting with lifting, carrying and positioning stone
n
- Preparing work areas and assisting with installations
n
- Using basic hand and power tools
n
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
n
- Travelling to various job sites
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
- Communicating professionally with customers and other trades onsite
n
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the project delivery process
n
- Representing the business in a professional and courteous manner
n
- Ensuring customers are kept informed and are satisfied with the installation
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

n

n




- Is physically fit and capable of handling heavy stone products
n
- Has a current Australian driver's licence
n
- Holds a White Card
n
- Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
n
- Has a friendly and professional attitude
n
- Understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service
n
- Is comfortable working in a physically demanding, hands‐on environment
n
- Has valuable attention to detail and takes pride in their work
n
- Can work well independently and as part of a team
n
- Has a willingness to learn and develop their skills
n

Previous experience in stonemasonry, construction, benchtop installation or a similar trade environment is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
