We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Penrith.

n

Working alongside the Store Manager, you will help lead the team and drive the day-to-day performance of the store. You'll be hands‐on across customer service, sales, team development, merchandising and store operations, while helping create a positive and high‐performing environment.

n

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the store to achieve sales, financial and operational targets
n
- Deliver and lead exceptional customer service standards
n
- Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve strong performance
n
- Support the management of KPIs, inventory and shrinkage
n
- Manage visual merchandising and in-store promotions
n
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
n
- Help create a positive, energetic and productive store environment
n
- Support scheduling, rostering and reporting requirements
n
- Assist with the overall day-to-day operation of the Penrith store
n

Skills / Experience / Qualifications:

n




- Previous retail management or supervisory experience
n
- Solid customer service and sales focus
n
- Sound commercial awareness and experience working towards KPIs
n
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Experience with merchandising and in-store promotions
n
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced retail environment
n
- A hands‐on attitude and willingness to get involved across all areas of the store
