About Role

n

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team.

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of irrigation systems, helping deliver outstanding green space results across the City of Port Philip.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Install, program, maintain, and repair irrigation systems
n
- Interpret and work from irrigation plans and drawings
n
- Conduct regular audits and implement irrigation programs
n
- Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs
n
- Maintain accurate records and provide system reports
n
- Ensure systems are event-ready through pre- and post-irrigation audits
n
- Work collaboratively within a professional, safety-first team
n
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with industry best practices, WHS regulations, and company quality systems.

About You

n

- Certificate III Irrigation Technology
n
- Proven hands-on experience installing, servicing and repairing irrigation systems,
n




- Must have a current driver's licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
n
- Your ability to read and interpret irrigation drawings and plans
n
- You have a proactive mindset and unwavering commitment to high-quality work
