Pulse Community Assistis seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join a supportive team in providing high quality care for a client with complex needs based in Caroline Springs VIC.

n

Key responsibilitiesinclude;

n

n
- Full supervision of the client
n
- Tracheostomy care and management
n
- Airway assistance and management (Ventilation/Suctioning/Cough Assist)
n
- Continuous clinical assessment
n
- Medication administration
n
- Work alongside and assist support worker with high-dependency personal care
n
- Support client and family with activities at home and when in the community
n
- Safe community access
n
- Manual Handling and assistance with secure transfers
n




- Follow detailed clinical care plans and emergency procedures
n

n

We are looking for nurses who are flexible and available to work a mix of morning, afternoon and active night shifts.

n

Ideal candidate will have experience in tracheostomy care, ventilation, manual handling, pressure area care & bowel care.

n

- This role offers a supportive and extensive onboarding program with comprehensive paid training and peer shifts to ensure a smooth transition.
n

n

This is a casual role offering regular shifts of up to 30 hours per week, with the potential for more hours to the right candidate.
