Job Description

Priority Hire is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs across multiple SIL homes in NSW. The role involves travel within our service locations and requires a valid ABN and appropriate driver's licence.

You will work closely with families, carers, therapists, and the team to promote independence, rights, and inclusion while adhering to high standards of care and confidentiality.
