We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications. You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.

Located just moments from the beautiful Mornington beach and on the vibrant main street, our office is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, perfect for a coffee catch-up or a team lunch. You'll be joining a friendly, engaged and experienced team who genuinely enjoy working together and supporting one another.

You’ll work across homes, clinics and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create. You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

- General AHPRA registration
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Role open to Occupational Therapists of all levels of experience
