We’re Hiring | Disability Service Manager – Perth
Ethicare Supports is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Disability Service Manager to join our leadership team.
This is a full-time, on-site role overseeing our disability accommodation and community support services across Perth.
You’ll be responsible for:• Leading and supporting Coordinators, Team Leaders and frontline teams• Overseeing participant services and service quality• Managing risks, incidents and safeguarding matters• Maintaining strong NDIS compliance and documentation standards• Building positive relationships with participants, families and external stakeholders• Driving accountability and continuous improvement across our services
We’re looking for someone with strong disability-sector experience, demonstrated leadership capability and a genuine commitment to person-centred support.
