Great hourly rate: $28.62/hr + Casual Loading + penalties

About the Role

n

Working from our Lawnton depot, you will be involved in a variety of civil project and maintenance work, including:

n

n
- Assisting site crews and helping set out materials
n
- Loading/unloading trucks and preparing equipment
n
- General labouring across project and maintenance activities
n
- Working day and night shifts (with applicable penalty rates)
n
- Performing physical duties in an outdoor environment
n

n

This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a small, team-oriented crew. A pre-employment medical may be required.

What We're Looking For

n

About You:

n

n
- White Card (essential)
n
- Truck Licence (MR minimum; HR desirable)
n
- Construction or labouring experience (Ideally in Bridges & Guardrail)
n
- Plant tickets are desirable, but training is available for the right candidate
n
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
n
- Ability to follow direction and work well within a team
n
- Flexibility to work days/nights and travel when required
n
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
n
- Basic competency in completing paperwork and crew documentation
n
