Youturn in Adelaide seeks a Clinical Lead to provide leadership and clinical excellence within our Youth Enhanced Services team. The role combines direct client work with supervision, service development and governance to support young people aged 12‑25 with complex mental health challenges.
You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, lead clinical governance activities and collaborate with families and partners to achieve positive outcomes, while modelling trauma‑informed and family‑centred care.
